As an executive function coach, I work with neurodivergent women to help them learn about and then improve their executive function skills. One of the key components of lasting change in building these life skills is relying on habits.

In addition to 2 video lessons per module, you will also get a printable 40-page workbook that will guide you through the steps of creating your habit plan.
In this module, we'll talk about what habits are, why they're important, and how they work. You'll start building a list of habits you already have and reflect on their effectiveness.
In this module, you'll learn about how making small steps will lead to big changes. We'll talk about implementing strategic micro-habits that will help you reach your goals. You will build a habit stack that you can implement.
In this module, we'll talk about why it's important to track your progress as well as different methods to do so. We'll also dive into what to do when you're faced with setbacks. You will create a toolbox of strategies to employ before the setbacks happen.

No, I can't guarantee that. I can say that if you follow the steps and work through the workbook, you will have a plan to help you implement your habit. It's still up to you to do the work.
The course is broken down into 2 lessons per module. Each video lesson is under 10 minutes. After watching the video, you will need time to work through the workbook pages. The amount of time needed for that will vary by person.
