Can you guarantee I'll improve my emotional regulation after taking this course?

I can't guarantee anything because I can't control what you do with the information you learn. Like anything in life that requires change, this is a process and will take time. There is no magic pill I can give you. However, I can say that if you implement some of the tools and strategies you'll learn in the course, you should start making progress right away. You'll get out of it what you put in.

Is there a time limit for me to finish the course?

No! You have lifetime access to the course, so you can take as much time as you need. You can spread the modules out and come back as often as you'd like for a refresher.

This doesn't seem like enough. Do you have more?

Yes, yes, I do. This is a mini-course, meant to give you some basic information and strategies to help you get started. I also have a membership that you can join that will give you additional support on your executive function journey.
